If the weight exceeds the dumpster tonnage allowance, the customer will incur an additional charge of $65 per ton.

If the tonnage surpasses the maximum limit, the dumpster will remain on-site, and the customer will be subject to the daily rate until enough weight has been removed to allow for pickup.

Olaf’s Rolloffs must be informed before placing an order if concrete or any other masonry product is intended to be deposited in the dumpster. This ensures that the correct dumpster will be dispatched to the site.

All debris must not extend beyond the top of the dumpster; otherwise, the dumpster will remain on-site, and the customer will be charged the daily rate until enough debris has been removed to bring it below the top of the dumpster.

All dumpsters come with a 7-day allowance. The dumpster will be collected on the 7th day unless otherwise specified. Customers can call to request an early pickup of the dumpster. Additionally, customers can call at least 24 hours in advance to request an extension of the dumpster rental, incurring an additional cost of $35 per day.

If Olaf’s Rolloffs are unable to complete the delivery or pickup of the dumpster due to a blocked area or insufficient on-site space, the customer will be charged an additional fee of $125 in trip charges. We must have access to the unit and require approximately a 12 ft wide by 50 ft long area to place a dumpster.
